Products Description
1. Ceramic bead product description
Ceramic sand is made of zircon sand as the main raw material, and is smelted at high temperature by electric arc and cooled by blowing. The particle size ranges from B20 to B505.
It is of smooth surface , high hardness, good toughness, and no dust pollution. Compared with other sandblasting media, its usage rate has been significantly improved. It is a new substitute for glass beads. It has been widely used in the surface treatment of aircraft engine blades, titanium alloy medical equipment, golf clubs, etc., to relieve stress on the surface, strengthen the surface, and extend the service life.
Medium density and high hardness ceramic balls provide high impact velocity during sandblasting, making them an ideal choice for surface sandblasting and crushing, especially for titanium parts.

5.Application of ceramic beads
Sandblast cleaning for metal tools
Descaling and deburring
Alu alloy and Stainless steel surface satin finishing
Painting/ coating stripping and pre treatment before coating
6.Features of ceramic beads
1).High impact resistance and round beads, not easy to be broken. The broken rate of ceramic beads is around 1%.
2).Low dust generation, friendly to the environment and worker's health.
3).Matte Metallic luster, no polishing reflective.
4).No metal pollution.
7. Pay attention to using glass and ceramic balls:
The explosion pressure suitable for glass balls is 40-80psi, and can be recovered 9-12 times;
Although the explosion pressure required for ceramic balls is 40-65psi, their recycling life
It can reach 70-90 times.
When using ceramic balls for the first time, it is recommended to open 1/3 to 1/2 of the dust removal vest, as ceramic balls need to restore air during sandblasting.
