The fine and homogenous microstructure provides high hardness and toughness, excellent self-sharpeness and lasting durability.

1 . Zirconia Fused Alumina Introduction
AZ25 is an electro-fused alumina-zirconia grain, produ-ced by fusing alumina and zirconia raw materials atabout 2000'C temperature in an electric arc furnace.Following a unique process of quenching, crushing,and resizing, we produce the distinct characteristicsand the exact grain measurements. AZ25 is extremelywearresistant and anti-friable grain that is widely forbonded abrasives.
AZF25 is a dense, durable material frequently used toproduce heavy-duty bonded abrasives.widely for bonded abrasives.
AZS25 is extremely tough and hard with biocky shapeand is re-shaped based on the original AZF25 material.It is frequently used for producing extra-duty bondedabrasives for steel conditioning industry.
