Describe: ceramic beads
Ceramic beads are zirconium based ceramic sandblasting media made by electric melting. Then, various sizes of microbeads ranging from B20 to B505 are produced.
Ceramic beads are used for surface treatment, such as sandblasting cleaning, deburring, pre-treatment before coating, and precise surface treatment.
It has a concentrated particle size to achieve uniformity.
Low equipment wear and tear losses:
Ceramic beads belong to shot blasting media products. This product has the advantages of smooth surface, high sphericity, good elasticity, and low wear, and can protect equipment whether it is dry or wet sandblasting.
Maintain consistency on the surface of the product:
Its strength is comparable to that of steel shot and higher than that of glass beads. It is fully suitable for the depth of plasticizing metals.
Low crushing rate, no dust, uniform particle size, high wear resistance, good elasticity, achieving consistency in surface shot blasting treatment of products, ensuring the qualification of each batch of products.
Low energy consumption:
Ceramic shot peening beads have a higher density than glass beads, a higher elastic modulus, and greater impact energy. When using the same shot blasting effect, the shot blasting pressure can be reduced, energy consumption can be lowered, and production costs can be reduced.
