The beads undergo a high-temperature dense sintering process (sintering temperature >1500°C), which tightly bonds grain boundaries. This structural feature prevents bead fragmentation even under long-term high-frequency impacts, reducing the generation of abrasive debris. For example, after 1000 hours of continuous sandblasting, the fragmentation rate of zirconia beads is <0.05%, while ordinary alumina beads show a fragmentation rate of 3-5%.
