1 . Chemical purity parameters
ZrO2 content: 94.5 ± 0.2% (through the XRF precision measurement), Y2 O stabilizer content of 3 to 5%, other impurities (Fe, Na, K, etc.) in total < 0.5%;
Ion penetration: After 24 hours in water that has removed the ions, the penetration amount of metal ions is less than 0.1 ppm (ICP-MS test), iron ions less than 0.05 ppm, and sodium ions less than 0.03 ppm.
Highly pure manufacturing process
Nano-grade ZrO2 powder (50-100 nm) and vacuum sintering technique (1750° C. heating for 4 hours) are used, wherein the crystal purity is less than 0.1% and the density is ≥99.9%.
The entire production process takes place in an ISO Class 5 cleaning workshop, where external impurities are avoided and ensured that the impurities rising on the ball particle surface are less than 10 g/sqcm.
