Physical wear resistance data
Wear rate: When grinding titanium percentage pulp in high-speed mixer grinding (3000rpm), the wear rate of 65-silicate zirconium pulp is lower to 0.002%/100h, which is 25 times better than conventional zirconium pulp (0.05%/100h) and 250 times better than aluminum pulp (0.5%/100h).
Hardness and hardness: Non-temperature hardness 1200-1500HV, insulation hardness 5-6MPa·m ¹/², Forming the impact resistance structure of "high-altitude surface + star gas", it is not easy to produce fine cracks in continuous impact grinding.

5. Optimization of the wear resistance process and loss control
Matching device parameters
Rotation speed control: according to the ball size adjustment, the recommended linear speed for 0.5mm balls is 12 to 15M/s, and 1mm balls are recommended for 8 to 10M/s, so as to avoid impact crushing caused by super speed;
Ball filling rate: Wear resistance scenarios are recommended to be controlled at 55 - 60% (60 - 65% traditionally), which reduces wear from interball collisions.
Management of sludge characteristics
Viscosity threshold: when grinding high viscosity paste (e.g., ink ≥ 5000cp), first dilute below 2000cp, to prevent the heat generated by rubbing the balls from causing local softening wear;
Impurity control: filtered through a 100 mesh sieve before feeding, preventing Fe, sio₂ and other hard particles from mixing to aggravate scratches on the surface of the balls.
