White fused alumina description
White fused alumina(WFA) is with high quality alumina powder as raw material, by electric smelting crystallization, its degree of hardness is slightly higher than corundum, toughness is a bit low, high purity, self sharpening grinding ability, low calorific value, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability. The abrasive tools made for grinding high carbon steel, high speed steel. Moreover, it can be used as abrasive, polishing materials, precision casting, coating materials, catalyst carrier in chemical, special ceramics and high-grade refractory materials.

4 . White Fused Alumina Feature :
High hardness: the hardness of White Fused Alumina is second only to diamond, reaching 9.0 grade, so it is suitable for grinding and cutting of materials.
Abrasion resistance:White Fused Alumina has good wear resistance, can maintain its shape and size for a long time, reduce the loss of abrasive and replacement frequency, improve the work efficiency.
High temperature resistance:White Fused Alumina can work in high temperature environment with a melting point of up to 2050℃, making it able to adapt to high temperature grinding and cutting applications.
Corrosion resistance: White Fused Alumina has good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and other chemical substances, and will not be damaged by corrosion, so it can be widely used in the chemical industry and corrosive material processing.
High purity:White Fused Alumina usually has a high purity, can reach more than 99.5%, which means that it will not pollute the processed materials, suitable for the field of high product surface quality requirements, such as electronics, optics and other industries.
